Tested with IE 7, Firefox 3.03 and Opera 9.60. All the same.

Some weird SMF bug, maybe?

nope. the code resizes linked avatars to a default measurement. you can alter it in the av settings mate.

Ah, yes, found it. Alas, I'm not sure what the new default values should be. The current value is 150x150 and anything larger than that gets resized. I don't want to make the avatars too large.

Ah, yes, found it. Alas, I'm not sure what the new default values should be. The current value is 150x150 and anything larger than that gets resized. I don't want to make the avatars too large.

Yeah, that's a good size, but I wonder if it will resize and maintain aspect ratio if only one of the dimensions is over 150.

I think it will maintain the aspect ration but add scroll bars. Better just upload the avatar.
