Just wondering what to do?

There is a person that creams here and there in the mornings "Get out" (nobody comes out)and such things.

Been doing such things for a week or so.

Wondering if I should call the police to them what iis going on.

That is what the Site Manger said to do.

I wondering if I should or not call.

Or try to talk to Her.

Three persons have heard Her.

Nobody have yet called the police yet.

Talked to somebody in the Black Hills Workshop which works for the disabled.

But have got no answer yet I did it today.

What do You think I should do.

If so, then maybe you could try talking to her and explain that some people are still trying to sleep at that time of the morning, but if not or if she does not seem safe to talk to, then you could just call the police.

She did communicate with Me until lately.

I would suggest talking to her and asking her if she's okay. That way you can find out if she needs help.

I want to be fair to Her before I call the police.

She is quiet today.

It's a tough one I don't like involving the police in anything that I can avoid doing so.  Is it only you that she is bothering or are there other who are freaked out by her?  If so you could ask her together.  Definitely check on her though and if she is too wacky call the cops
