You could use someone like godaddy, for example.

When registering a domain name you can make the registration private through Domains by Proxy. Their name is exposed instead of yours. See Callaway's link.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I'll probably end up going with what Duncvis posted and upload my own stuff. I don't mind paying $50 pa for something I'm passionate about.
People on other boards suggested phpbb, any reason why that would be better?

I don't know a hell of a lot about phpbb, but from what little I've heard, isn't it full of holes and can be hacked into easily?

It would, but it requires an SQL database, and the allowance you get is tiny. Also see above comment - personally I wouldn't recommend it.
