I thought I had enough food for the painkiller, but I'm starting to feel crappy. I need more!
Oral surgery is no fun at all, I know. How are you feeling now, Teriyaki?

And now I will share an experience: I had a filling where they used a lot of anaesthetic, then I went home and my sister had bought pizza and I couldn't resist it so I ate it and because I couldn't feel one side of my mouth (long sentence) I ended up chewing a lot of the inside of my cheek as well. I knew all about it the next morning when I woke up and my mouth was swollen.
/experience.
I probably would have done something like that if my dentist hadn't warned me to make sure the feeling in my mouth was completely back before trying to eat something.

George:I'd say I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not. I excel at not giving a shit. Experience has taught me that interest begets expectation, and expectation beget disappointment, so the key to avoiding disappointment is to avoid interest. A equals B equals C Equals A, or whatever. I also don't have a lot of interest in being a good person or a bad person. From what I can tell, either way, you're screwed. Bad people are punished by society's laws, and good people are punished by Murphy's Law
