Well, if the outrageous price doesn't get me, the fact that it uses AT&T kills the deal. AT&T sucks in the midwest unless you spend your entire life in the city. They are also really shady, my grandmother cancelled her plan long after her multi-year contract was over, and they re-activated it without her permission and sent her a huge bill which ended in a legal dispute.
