  If i get that message 'blocked on copyright grounds'  i go through a proxy server.  There are tons about that are free
the one i use is http://proxify.com/   you dont need an account, just type in the url and hey presto.   google free proxy servers in your area.

It is also good if you want to look at a banned site or just want to snoop anonymously because it hides your ip address
