Milla, go, go for a general check-up. Mention the things that have changed and that have made you wonder.
It could all be innocent. The bruises may have been deep bruises that only come to surface after two weeks, does happen. Moving and hormones together may cause things too. But please do go for a check-up.
Nothing bad to get acquainted with your new GP anyway.
And if all can be explained as harmless things, you can let go of your worries, sleep better, and sleep your bruises away. If something is going on, you can get treatment.
Don't think you can get beta-blockers without prescription anyway. Some monitoring by a GP taking them would be good too.
Go, get yourself checked.
Hopefully you will find that you are right, and that it all isn't serious.

Oh, and alcohol and youth. When I was around 20, a friend and I did escort a fellow student to hospital twice, because she damaged herself so badly with drinking. All went seemingly well with her, until it really went wrong. She was just a few years older than we were. Took her a couple of years to undo the most of the damage she had done to her body.
