I love Chinese mustard and wasabi.  It really clears the sinuses.

I have tried wasabi before, I thought nothing of it since it is a pale green (iirc). When I had taste of it I thought my tongue had been cut.

Yeah, it looks so innocent, doesn't it?  :laugh:  We have a plastic squeeze-tube of it in the fridge, and my older son, every so often, threatens to prank someone with it by making them think it's toothpaste. :sick:

My husband once took a job candidate out to lunch at a Japanese restaurant.  This guy thought the wasabi was guacamole and ate the whole little blob they put on your plate of sushi all at once, then he drank a lot of water.  I think he got the job.
