When I was a kid before they had cable in the NYC metro area they still had several independent TV stations that would have themed week long movies in the afternoon and late night that would show all these it reminds me of being a kid and that's a good thing

When I was a kid most horror movies in Sweden went late at night, usually after 10 pm. Children were not supposed to watch horror movies.

There were only two(!) TV channels in Sweden when I was a kid.

We only had so many channels because of our proximity to NYC When I moved to Florida we had three that were fairly clear and some more if you didn't mind static.  Overnight was big with all those movies to.  Do you remember the channels going off the air for the night?

Now they just show crap instead.  It would be nice if they showed some of these old movies instead especially when I get out of sync with daylight
