We have only one thank god.  The only good things about it are the smell and I enjoy eating the needles
 :asthing: Well, the thing that ticks me off most is when the shops start playing sappy christmas carols as early as September. Now, it wouldn't be so bad if they played something funny like "I Farted on Santa's Lap" or "Who Put The Dick on the Snowman" or "The Twelve Pains of Christmas" or even "Christmas at Ground Zero" but nooo, they have to play nauseatingly twee renditions (or destructions) of old favourites.

Trying to dodge all the little kids or pushy shoppers who come up on my blind side (literally as I have no sight at all in my right eye) is another thing that bothers me about the festive season. Now, if only we could persuade more people to celebrate winter solstice....

My mother-in-law has failing kidneys, my sister-in-law is overstressed and bitchy, ditto my wife, plus my wife's beloved cat broke his foot last night.

Don't have a lot to celebrate, but will do with what I can.
