That makes sense because the EpiPen, the thing you use to inject yourself if you have a life-threatening allergic reaction, contains epinephrine (adrenaline).

One of my brothers was declared 4F during the Vietnam War for being allergic to bees and almost died once after being stung.  I am not allergic and due to my job I get stung several times a year
