The only thing that I found, was a month ago, a County Judge prevented the sherrif from firing the police officers who blew the whistle on him.

Yes, can't find much more, though everything says there's no real marshal law or state of emergency though. Not sure what's up. May not be apathy, but rather hush hush. Seems strange, almost no local media coverage much less national.

This corrupt Sherrif has been thrown out of office and left the state of Arizona.

IIRC, he was last laying low in Georgia or some other hole in the Dirty South.
