I'll open with John Roberts acting like an idiot. http://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2012/11/the-nerve-of-john-roberts/265661/My best guess is that things are still pretty tense at the conservative bloc Christmas party, and he is feeling the heat from Scalia. Maybe if he shouts like a petulant child at the administration they will begin to forgive them for what they see as his terrible sin last year?

Maybe if he shouts like a petulant child at the administration they will begin to forgive them for what they see as his terrible sin last year?I think John Roberts made a valid point.Looking at what was written here, it did make it look like Elaine Chao changed her view, when the Secretary of Labor was actually a new person with a different view. I think that when an attorney is presenting an argument to the Supreme Court, he is not doing himself any favors when he misrepresents the truth like he thinks the Justices aren't going to be smart enough to catch it.
