That's the funny thing.  He doesn't seem all that bothered by it.  His tummy hurts and he wants to watch the same crappy British claymation show over and over again, and he won't sleep, but as long as he has what he wants and he is cuddling with mom or dad he is still smiling and laughing.  He thinks puking is hilarious.  :dunno:

Sometimes his hypo-sensitivity is a blessing.  He doesn't really feel a lot of pain either. :)
