do any of you beat-box out of boredom/stims/other?

personally, ive never encountered it before.
i have to be specific tho, i dont "do it like the rappers do" (i dont make fart-noises into my hands... ), its self-thought, since childhood, i just replicate sounds so they sound good in my head, its not made for external listening, but for my own amusement. i tend to "make" everything from slow dark beats, to melodic "techno", both sitting bored by the computer, or out walking,
when i left the military, they regretted "losing their beat-box" cus i'd be making beats to the beat when out walking in the woods and stuff
i dont try to make anything very complex, cus im not trying to impress anyone, cus, like i said, its for my own boredom, but once testing myself, i did manage to get a pretty decent billie jean intro, w the drums, the bassline, and barely squashed the chords in there.
the habit originates from the "thursday evenings" w my (divorced) dad, in his car, we would "play" lots of latinomusic acapella, "sing" the drums and guitars and whatnot.
apart from my brother, ive never met a fellow spontaneous-beat-boxer
(as a kid my brother was obsessed with making very dark bass booms, and would sometimes lay down (in public) and attempt to make the ground tremble, by going "OOOO!!!")
