You should try a SIG-Sauer P239 9mm pistol sometime.

I'd love to go to a shooting range.

If you ever visit the SF Bay Area let me know. I won't bother smuggling guns into Canadia.

That would be cool. I'll pick up EBMF on the way and we'll roadtrip it out to the west coast. 8)

Anyone who would drive that far is a bit batty. I hate driving to Utah and SLC is only 680 miles from here. Anything over four hours and I generally fly.

Not me. Love a roadtrip. The longer the better. I drove from Toronto to the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick this past summer. One of the best trips ever. I've driven through most of the eastern/northern/southern US but have yet to make it west. In 2011 I'm driving across Canada with a friend to celebrate her 40th. 8)

My parents are the same way CG. If I am driving to Bodega Bay or when I was at the Coromandel Peninsula I enjoy the view for an hour or two of driving but after that it bores me to tears.

When I did the trip this summer I did it on my own with the kids. I was surprised at how many people seemed so shocked that I would go alone with the kids. why the hell not? If I waited for someone to take me every time I wanted to go on an adventure, I'd never leave the damn province. In the end, one of the best experiences for all three of us.

but roadtrippin is not for everyone. If I have my music, my sunglasses, my camera, and a map, I'm golden. 8)
