Once I make my way past my fractal graphics (or maybe window's Freecell- if I am suffering from braindeath) and find the internet, I usually go onto five or six sites. That implies multiple tabs all open at once.

Quite often, I have between ten and fifteen or more tabs open at once.

I find that opening an additional tab is far less demanding of internal resources than opening another instance of Firefox would be.

Firefox is designed this way.

It is made for surfers and all done without cameras!!

Six, that's slow for me. Normally it's a couple browser windows, about 5 or so tabs in each, email, and a couple of folders open. The computer is about the only thing I can multi-task on, try to do something like that when I'm cooking and I'd burn the house down. :laugh:

Anywhere from 5 to 50, most of the time, and 24 at the moment.  I often have certain tabs open for days; Firefox saves them when I quit and restores them when I open it back up, and keeping pages as tabs rather than bookmarks serves as a more present reminder that I'm not finished with them, and spares my bookmarks list from growing out of control too quickly.

5 or 6 is the norm for me, more than that and I start closing windows to get a more manageable level.
