Actually, after ABBA broke up, the blonde singer went solo and had one song I kinda liked,  "I know somethings going on."   Otherwise ABBA was just the background music to the era.  I don't dislike the music, but, I'm not going to go out and buy any of it either.  The fact that they made a Hit Broadway production out of the groups songs was and forever shall be a major mystery to me!! ???

tut.  wasn't the blonde bint, it was frida the dark one.  and did you ever hear her sing properly?  she has the most gorgeous alto voice, classically trained.  what she was doing prancing around with those other pillocks i shall never know.

drumming was good in that song, too - phil collins.  the song's pretty fucking good all round, actually.

Yes, that was the name, now that my aged memory  ;) has been jogged.  I guess I got them confused!   :P Yeah, the drumming and the drive of the tune was what I liked about it.  I have never heard her sing outside of that song and outside of ABBA.

She was born in Norway from Norwegian and German parents but grew up in Sweden. You really need to do something about your butthurt.

I guess I got confused by the album cover back in the 80's.  She looked blonde on the cover.  I just liked the song a lot back then.

Yes, but during his time with ABBA very few of their fans (here at least) would have been aware of Benny's talent, he was the lowest profile member of the group - it was all about the girls. Maybe Swedes were more aware of his talent at the time.

I think they were. He and Björn Ulvaeus wrote all their songs and quite a few fans knew this.
