I punch the wall a lot, and myself sometimes :elvis:
I punched a laptop once because it was pissing me off, and I broke the screen
That was bad lol
-
No I don't like to punch things. I don't want to break anything.
-
i punch the doors and walls. and myself lol. when i get mad or anxious. i love punching shit. i always wanted a punching bag. :'(
-
you better get one. i'm sorry about your laptop. :-*

My brother has tendency to punch things. I don't know if he still does it but he did it when he was in high school. One time he punched a hole in the wall and my parents made him fix it but it didn't happen for a few months. They had to get some wall patching and they had him do it.

I think everyone should have one. I have literally beat the sand out of two of them in my life. I won't wear out the one I have now, though.

i like making a stop sign with my hand and punching it. the cause and effect is marvelous
-
I like punching my other hand
Sometimes my thumb goes spazzy though
-
sometimes i like squeezing my balls really hard when i jack off but not too hard
-
I think I want to get a new punching bag as I have always had one since I was 12. I can recommend having a punching bag to relieve stress. I can't take the workout equipment my parents have at their house to my new apartment, as it will not fit. I will have to use their fitness center, or the one at UNF that I have access to.

Take that same charge and try it with the energy that it takes to jump two feet off the ground, swing all the way around and kick at your chest level hard enough to lift a three hundred pound bag a foot in the air off its rope and shake the rafters.
After the 'teenth time it becomes decent exercise, too, especially if you can catch it on its way down with your fists, deflect its course and roundhouse it again.
The "Empty Hand" can be a good way of readying oneself for a meeting or an interview or even a shopping trip.
I can't tell you how many times I have gone shopping, secure that I will not be hurt, all due to some physical preparation, which has absolutely nothing to do with shopping - on the surface.

i love your av, Soph.
i want an exercise bike. it would help so much. :-\
-
thanks :)
I need to exercise more as well
I need stronger arms; mine are too weedy and pathetic
Only exercise I get is on my Nintendo Wii lol
And I play football in the garden in summer

Someone I used to know used to slap me alot, told me about her problems, and called me watts. She has a boyfriend, she probably was forbidden to see me, by her own need or his. I made too many perverted comments, but she didn't seem to mind and I didn't do it all the time.
I can't really have women friends, not with a girlfriend, because of what usually happens.
-
Not really. I use my hands for most of my hobbies, so hurting them is not an option. I like kicking stuff though.

Once you learn how, you won't hurt your hands, but make them stronger. There are also open hand strikes that deliver far more energy than anyone can with a closed hand.
Knuckles, more specifically metacarpals, are relatively fragile, although not compared to facial bones or even ribs.

I like to punch things... I broke a cinderblock in our wall once.
-
I've broken lots of things like this mostly when I was younger and let my temper rule a bit more than I should have
-
I would like a punching bag, definitely. I am settling for GA at the moment. :P
I would also like a cross-trainer. I can't run so one of these would be ideal.
-
I want to get a punchbag as well
my mum offered to get me one once, when I was younger and had a lot of anger
I've calmed down more now, although I still get angry a lot
Mainly out of frustration, when I have meltdowns
I always take it out on either myself, or inanimate objects, though
I never hit other people
Although there are plenty I'd like to and probably would if certain things had happened IRL instead of online
-
I get really strong when I'm angry
It's kind of scary
It means I don't feel pain as much though, which is good
-
If by "things" you mean my brother, then yes I do.

i scream and hit walls but i scream at my mom so i take it out on her. i would never hit people but i can't help but yell, it's like steam i must release. like i'm a pressure cooker. :( then i regret it afterward but it always happens. i should get valium if only for my mom's sake :-\.
-
I yell sometimes if I'm on my own and no one else is at home
I swear a lot
I call the computer a fucking bitch whore and threaten to rip it's cock-sucking heart out sometimes
-
Yes I do.
