September 11 had me fascinated and spell bound. My mother even commented as much. I would watch the TV for hours, even when they were just re-playing the same old footage. Totally engrossed in it.

I wouldn't say I "liked" it...But it held my attention for days.

Kind of. Except when it's directly related to someone I am close to.

It's entertaining when people who aren't me are dying.

Exactly.   Especially when the deaths are out of the ordinary.

I also thought it was cool that almost all of the channels on TV were on the news.  We should probably do this for election day.

I got one hell of a kick out of 911.
More in the, "I told you so" kind of
manner though.

I don't know. The coincidence is pretty

No.  Have a blackout on all tv shows that don't cover the election.  I'm sure other countries do it.  It will never happen here, though.

If we have free speech, then why the fuck do we have the FCC?  Capitalism can survive a day without tits on tv.

CNN???  Fuck no, it's not even news, it's just crap about crap celebrities that have done some sort of crap getting them into crap or more crap.

Here's CNN in one sentence:  Today a crap celebrity did crap, getting them into crap.

Funny. When I used to watch, there were kinda
fun shows like Hardball on it.

Plus, during elections, they WERE covering it
all day.

Nah. I remember they started around 10 or 11,
and ran twice in a row. I'd watch them, and flip to
porn (gotta LOVE NJ cable) during ads.

Maybe the CNN you get is not the same as the CNN I get

Fox News has news.  MSNBC is from M$ so I block the channel.

Well, it's been a couple of years.

Couldn't get MSN in clearly.

Seeing the FOX news in that made
me realize. I guess it's possible that CNN
doesn't play shows like hardball, where you
are. Might be seen as too centrist.

I'm not disputing the MOSTLY,
because I would only watch it

But, good shit then.

All news is bad news; because good news doesn't sell.
