Title: Leadership

I was called a leader in Our Alcohol Treatment Group tonight by the counselor.

I really don't feel like a leader but will to say what is on My mind.

Being thoughtful in doing it for the member that I give it too.

But a leader I don't know.

I do though feel responsible since We have lost some go leaders since they have graduated from the Group.

Any thoughts?

I reckon everyone admires a strong leader.
The fear of fucking up holds most people back.
I like taking leadership roles, sometimes it scares the shit out of me, but practice makes perfect.
There are very very few natural leaders.
Those who can command attention naturally oft have very little value in their instructions.

So, think confidence + content.

when i went on the flagstaff ghost tour, we passed one of the old buildings downtown and the tour guis was all, "i'd take you upstairs but there having there weekly AA meeting, so we cant go up there" everyone in the group Lol'd
