I'm mildly stoned right now from a raw red onion. It's nothing like as intense as (good) cannabis, or very long-lived, but it's still pleasant. Does anybody else have strange things like that which have a pychoactive effect on them?
-
Victory in various forms, sensory overload, do those kind of things count?
-
rising to a challenge.
amps me up like no other.
also sweating. but that is probably just a flashback.

Not sure if this would be classed as odd or not but after a few orgasms I feel pleasantly stoned and giggly.

Music does very little for me. :(
-
The right music at the right time can make me feel really good, but never stoned.
-
Now, I know coucgh syrup in excess can make people stoned, but cold medicine in a normal (reccommended) amount can make me really wonky, and get near-hallucinogenic fever dreams. However I might just be wonky when I'm on cold medicine because when I'm on cold medicine I'm sick.
-
I often hallucinate a lot when I've got a fever, but I don't usually take any drugs when I'm ill.
-
Music, victory v's and pigeon crap all taste funny but make me feel all funny in the head.
-
music, dancing, drumming - off my tits in no time flat, sometimes.

Some days I just am intoxicated, I think it's the old 'autistics produce more opiates in their brains' theory.

Really? I hadn't heard of that. Nor had I ever heard of getting stoned from a raw red onion.
We use those in the residents' big salad every day at the retirement home. Maybe we should use more. >:D

I've sometimes wished I had electrodes on my head while listening to certain music,
just to see what it was doing to my brain waves, which areas of my brain were lighting up. :headphones:

My brother in law has a weird reaction to MSG it gives him the same type of buzz as smoking pot. I get a strange euphoric feeling when ever there is a big storm and large fluctuations in air pressure
-
A good storm. Pleasant intoxication when not chilling to the bone. Weird intoxication when it is chilling to the bone.

Too much spice cake. I got high and then passed out.

Really? I hadn't heard of that.
Also have never heard of it. It's related to gluten intolerance. Interesting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opioid_excess_theory

Why does this never happen to me? :GA:
The only problem I have is with acetaminophen/Tylenol, can't take it. It reacts like speed with me and I start bouncing all over the place. :tigger:

The codeine I took at age 18, after having my wisdom teeth removed, made me jittery; it made everything
seem to speed up for a bit. Suddenly, things seemed to be happening faster. No more codeine! :autism:

I have celiac disease and I can tell you gluten exposure is like taking opiates, which I hate with a passion. The narcotics though were not as bad, no digestive distress with them.
