This is a serious subject, and the original thread title was quite flippant.

This seems to be in extremis, so it's not a common thing, but really, I'd want to know quite how to do it.  I'm told it's severing the carotid artery?  It's really about becoming a doctor.

If you were knocked out someone could do it that way.

Personally, I think it's about testing the law.

We (society) shouldn't force people to live in suffering because it offends some of us to give them an alternative.
