You can change your vote at any time. Poll has now been locked.
You can also not vote and post here.
I said No because IF they are bailed out, the demands ought to be sustainable, or else the EU should just let Greece go and they can figure it out on their own.
However it turns out, this is highly interesting to me...

Twelve minute bump? The option of: I don't care, appears to come with an opinion on the matter. Would suggest another option for the genuinely apathetic of: Really don't care.

I'm in two minds.
I think the right thing would be for the Greeks to be brave, and tell the EU to stick it's ultimatums up its arse, and no to further austerity :viking:
From a selfish, personal point of view, I like the concept of the EU, and I'm worried that a no vote might start to create the break-up of the EU.

It's so complicated that I do not know what to think.
Getting rid of the euro, or making different types of independent euros, might help. But I don't know.
The greek got in because of a trick with banking that went wrong. Pity that all the people there have to suffer from such a stupid game played by the government.

60 to 40 said NO. The terms were rejected... so now what happens?

Media eventually picked up on the clear pattern that emerged
No - because of economy
Yes - because of European identity
I found the bluntness of this to be surprising, in many of the street interviews. Personally, although Norway was always inherently eurosceptical (we are still outside of the EU), I think it shows better than ever by now, that the EU is not what it portrays itself to be. It is another "club" designed to bleed selected victims out, for the benefit of the elite.
I still think that EU has a good uniting factor. Europe is a place that has spawned many, many MANY wars. MANY wars, and it's easy to think that WW2 was the last one, but it was not - far from it.
And it is difficult to wage war against your economical allies. Without a uniting factor like EU, we would be left only with a military defense alliance, that has not been used for defense once since its conception.

Politicians will try to work their ways around it, I guess. The referendum was not binding. So, anything is possible. Sentiments of the people have been shown clearly now though.
Probably lots of massaging and failing again.

Athens is a shithole. The poor buggers need to do whatever they can to get the Hell out of the situation fast. I honestly think that a bailout may be their only option now

I still have a hard time understanding how they got there in the first place.
