Post by: Yuri Bezmenov on February 27, 2015, 01:13:57 PM
He lived long and prospered but death finally caught up with Leonard Nimoy.     :'(

Yes, very sad. He died of the same condition I have. At least he had a pretty long life and plenty of love. Star Trek was a major interest of mine from the age of about 8 or 9.

:(

Part of my childhood TV memories. Watched him from an age where I barely got what it was all about. But intriguing it was.

My father somewhat resembled Nimoy in facial structure, and he was somewhat Vulcan at times
in personality.  I had a moment today of wanting to call him to talk about Nimoy's death,
and then I remembered.  Goodbye and thank you, Mr. Spock. :vulcan:

Thanks. Was diagnosed at 28. Mild, thus far, but no idea how it will progress.
Glad Leonard Nimoy had a pretty long and interesting life, and did not develop it until later in life.

According to Ceilidh, players on Star Trek Online journeyed to Vulcan and formed a circle around a particular fountain to have a moment's silence to remember Leonard Nimoy.
