It's nice and detailed. I would be able to see where lightning is on the way to work, or my girls way to school.

I was thinking the same thing a its little better than just the radar image

It is way better than the radar image I now and then use.

We had an awesome but short thunderstorm. Right after I posted in this thread I unplugged the modem and computer. We then got some hits that made the cat jump up out of a deep sleep. Lightning and thunder at once.
Cloud earth contact lightnings.
