This is a video of my girlfriend's son's girlfriend competing in the 2014 U.S. National Women's Powerlifting Competition this May.  We were fortunate to see her compete and win the U.S. Title for her weight class (140 pounds limit) lifting about 1000 pounds.  My girlfriend's son is in the left side of the screen by the metal stand: beard, dark shirt and not bald.

I have joked with my girlfriend that when Katie has a baby and the doctor says "Push" you'd better stand back.  That baby is going to go flying out.
