I just googled "Wicked Witch of the West" images and chose that particular one. It's titled "The Wicked Witch of the West with Flying Monkeys by Jake Parker."

I have visions of a monkey jet shop, with numbered racks for the jet engines to go into. If a monkey's jet is down for maintenance, he has to use one of the old beat up orange ones with "RENTAL" stenciled on the side. Quite embarrassing for an evil minion.
