i smacked that bitch up :(
i hate it tho, once the battery starts to deteriorate, phone-death is swift.
i went out with a full battery, i waited for the bus some 5 minutes, i realized i forgot my buss pass, went back inside, checked my phone and it had shut itself off.
less than 5 minutes, with a full battery, and no activity.

ill get a new phone for free, from anybody i know :]
i just hate when batteries begin to die, its so frustrating :I

Mobile phones are the work of the devil. Good for getting on the net when youre out, but theres nothing worse than being outside and getting a call from someone youre not expecting to have to sprak to.
I often keep mine switched off when Im out.

i used to have my phone switched off a lot before, but it resulted in a constant baww-aww from family thinking i was dissing them, so now its on...
i found an old phone, with just as shitty a battery, but at least its not... smashed :D

in full of annoyance today.......
1. i texted stepmother to check my account (she has access, i lost mine, and the bank refuses to answer any of my emails. irl they tell me to email them, about a password calculator device...............). shes distracted, and has yet not noticed my request, and probably wont, now that she has allready missed it.
2. i was gonna bus to the city, to check an ATM (annoying enough)
3. my cat follows me across the motorway, which is strictly goddamn motherfucking forbidden, and i have to pick her up and throw her head first the fuck back in our back yard, with everyone watching. she wont listen, and i have to chase her around, and i lose my bus.
4. i get back inside, pissed off, slam my door, and i ONLY want to be left alone: KNOCK KNOCK MOTHERFUCKING KNOCK"!!!!!¤%T my goddamn neighbor wants to ask me why i am angry and slamming my door..........
5. out of money, food, cigs, weed, and even if i HAD money, i wouldnt know cus my bank wont answer me, stepmother wont answer me, phone wont work, and even IF i had money for weed, two out of two dealers have had their phones shut off for a week :I

I only have one because I have to. Your very right once the battery starts to go it's done and replacement ones never last as long and are expensive as hell. I have had good luck with Samsung Ruby and Rugby2 phones they are built for harsh environments and are mostly used in the construction trade. They do everything but are mostly just phones and do not have a full keyboard

I only give my number out to people I know won't phone me often, ie. only on important things. I still don't mind texting however. That said, anyone who wants to give me a buzz let me know, I'll PM the number. :laugh:
As for phones, I am a complete gearhead. I like all the tech put into them, regardless of how useless it is (such as smartphones). I still hate the cameras on them.

how odd, just now i remember dreaming of finally smashing my useless phone to death, and recieving a new one (that had a camera :D)
i always wanted a camera, so one on the phone would be better than nothing i guess, but i also reckon it would probably not he a LOT better than nothing :D

Meh, I've had my prepaid cellphone for almost two years now. I haven't noticed much of a decline in battery life, even though I keep it turned on in standby all the time. The back/battery cover almost just slides right off due to me screwing around with it a lot.

this one is probably much older, as i got it from someone else, who got a new one.

I got my phone for nothing, as my mother's friend couldn't work out how to put the credit on (prepaid Virgin). I mostly have it switched off, and only use it for emergencies. And only a few people have my number. I did change the ringtone to a 'Little Britain' one (Vicky Pollard), though.
The phone itself is a Samsung bling GPRS.
