Who was disagreeing with me about this? Was it someone on here or facebook?
Post your opinions anyway

Well the food sucks, the tv is questionable and I didn't have a laptop last time so a book even the bible would have been good
I spent most of the time watching the security feed on the emergency room guessing what color shirt the next person walking in would be wearing :screwy: Look I was on lots of pain killers so don't judge

Who cares?
- It's a book. No one is being forced to read it.
- There are much larger issues in the world today than Bibles in hospitals.
-
How about spread of infection?

How about spread of infection?
Are they putting Anthrax in the bibles??
-
If it gives comfort to anybody then Ive got no problem with it. Its the same as bibles in hotels. I have no interest in them, but they dont do me any harm.
-
Why don't people bring their own bibles then if they're that weird?
Also should the NHS really be encouraging mental illness?
Infection - for the same reason they no longer have toys in doctors' waiting rooms. Why add unnecessary risks at a time when there are enough issues with spread of germs in hospitals

Bibles are okay. Decades old torn up magazines no.
BTW, I love going into hospitals. The silence, peace and quiet. It's paradise.

As long as there's no TV on from the time Prince Albert gets up until he goes to bed.

Can't say that I have ever seen a bible when in hospital, either psychiatric or regular hospital. Where do they keep the bibles?
Seen them a lot in hotels though.

I will have the Chicken Teriyaki with a small steamed rice and large steamed vegies.
