Most people probably dip in and out of other forums anyway, i know I do.

I'm sorry this happened to you, Seagals Panda. As dead as the site seems to be, I would think they would be happy to have you give them a little free advertising on other sites.

How many people have the ability to ban you there?

If you had been IP banned, I don't think you could have seen the log in screen, so if you log out, then you should be able to read the public boards, at least.
