Title: New neighbors coming
Post by: Parts on October 05, 2009, 12:59:32 PM
The house across  the street just sold and new people are moving in :zombiefuck:  They are renovating first because they have three kids  14 and under :eh: Not looking forward to it especially when a house two down is about to be sold too.  New neighbors are tough you never know what to expect.  This has shown up in the front yard I hope it's not a bad omen

Every time you pass their house mutter "Pray for me. I'm severely disturbed." I figure it can't hurt.

Around here, the people who display the Virgin Mary prominently tend to be Mexican families.

In my experience, most are good honest hard working people.

I am a little weird with things we do in the yard and we are not the neatest people around.  I do amateur blacksmithing welding foundry work and  science experiments dealing with things like fire that tend to attract the wrong type of attention from some people.

Move to Ct :zoinks:  The problem is the town is getting more and more white collar and snotty people doing the things I am are frowned upon.  They have been passing "blight" laws and have restricted outdoor fireplaces can still have them but they wanted to ban them.

We did nearly move to Massachusetts a few years ago, for my husband's job.  The cost of living there is very high compared to here.

That's what I do here, though I live in Nowhereville.  8)

I don't but the neighbors I have now are the type that don't call the city or the cops they take things on themselves in general and all have their reasons for not want the police about
