Title: Extra U2 Tickets for 1 October 2009
Post by: Trigger 11 on September 24, 2009, 11:26:22 AM
I have a few extra GA Fan Club tickets to the U2 concert in Charlottesville, VA next week. The University of Virginia, one of my alma maters, will be an amazing backdrop for the show. The whole field is GA, but the Fan Club tickets should be in the inner circle next to the stage. Not looking to profit, just had some folks back out last minute and want to share my good fortune. You don't have to hang with me or anything either!

I'll come if you buy my plain ticket.  U2 are overrated, but then again they've had some very good songs through the years, and would probably have a great set list to play.

Yes, didn't you know that our airline system accepts just a plain ticket?

Just stop following me around trying to see if I make a spelling mistake.  I'm mentally drained, as i've had a long and hard day  :duh:

I'm just not a computer nerd.  My spelling isn't as good as people who spend all day reading and writing online.  I have my other special interests.

That's a first  :orly:  Since when did knowledge of basic English grammar make one a computer nerd?  Which I'm not anyway, I couldn't even connect my laptop to our wireless router  ::)

I have a basic knowledge that.  But its something I seem to make mistakes on when i'm tired.  If I really wanted to try, I could get my spelling and grammar above average.  But its average, and its just something you can learn through practice, doesn't take much natural talent, apart from having a good memory, which i've got.  You can't really teach common sense though, so unlucky.

I actually don't know what happened there, my mind was wandering.  Or are you actually stupid enough to believe I meant that to be a sentence?

Bint's guide to quoting:

Usually the word "quote" in square brackets [] goes in front of the text you wish to quote.  To end the quote you insert "/quote" also in said square brackets  :orly:

Yeah but her fuck-up was funny. Like when someone falls over in the street. Yours are all just sad, like when a cripple falls down the stairs and dies.

Also, the reason she fucked up was becuase she was quoting a quote that was already broken (by you). You fucked up something that was already perfectly ok.

Nice hat, where you from, Minsk?  Was it funny, cause she's a girl like you, tehehe  ::) I don't need pity from a pleb like you for making mistakes, typing.  Plus i've achieved stuff, and will achieve more great things.  You will have a sex change and then regret it.

Go on, give us some examples. What have you achieved in life?

Oh and I won't be getting a sex change lol. I also won't one day think I'm actually a girl. So no, that's not how my life will turn out. My life will probably be more successful than yours

It was easy to find, on zomg.  Yeah, when i'm on the computer, but i'm usually out, or at work.

I've made others reach climax, is that good?  Well I won my golf club championship last year.  So my name will be up there for ever, along with some other competitions i've won.  Your name and number might be in toilet cubical for a while, if you're lucky.  I'm a level one football coach, if you need some help.  Well actually a lot of my achievements are in sport.  Played cricket for Essex juniors.  I suppose i've got my level one and two in bricklaying.  My current job is very rewarding, and i'm appreciated.  I have ambitions to make a difference, and I will.  Gawd knows what you'll do.

You're just a lesbian and a tomboy, get a grip.

Oooh you're good at sports  :cheer: Will we be seeing you at the Olympics then? Or South Africa next summer?

If you're counting stuff like that, then I'll count that I've had work published in a Writers' Magazine when I was in school, and I've overcome a lot of social anxiety. omg I'm such a big achiever  :zoinks:

lol You made it sound like you'd saved a hundred kids from starving to death or something. Way to build yourself up
Title: Re: Extra U2 Tickets for 1 October 2009

You're too predictable and immature to reason with, you need a good fuck.

Obviously not, I never fulfill my potential cause of anxiety.  And I started golf way too late.  No, you'll probably be studying untill you are 40, and then realise you have no real talent to do anything.  I've risen from deeper than you have.

I'm always trying hard to make a difference, and most days I do.  I'll find a way to do something great, even it kills me.  You're too busy questioning your sexuality.
Title: Re: Extra U2 Tickets for 1 October 2009
Post by: Adam on September 24, 2009, 06:31:07 PM
When did I question my sexuality?

In fact I've always been pretty sure about my sexuality, even when I was in denial about it. I think I've probably questioned my sexuality less than most people tbh

Sexuality isn't something which is really a big thing for me either. If I started liking a guy, then I'd like a guy. It's no big deal.

You seem to think that someone's sexuality is some big thing. Maybe you should just accept that you're a bit gay, benjilady

I think you're the one in denial.  So far it's just you having an issue with Soph's gender, he himself doesn't give a fuck  :zoinks:  You on the other hand get uncomfortable with LGBT people and admitted you have a thing for dressing up as a woman  :orly:

In denial about what?  There's no issue with it, she's a girl, with some deep seeded issues.  LGBT people?  Like i've said, I don't really enjoy hearing about some fat ugly prick getting done up the arse.  I have no problems with gays in general.  Like I don't have problems with people who are transgendered.  I just think they're mad.  The main thing is going by the personality of the person, miss sophie's an idiot.  Its not hard to see that, especially when she shares so many views with soyltard

Title: Re: Extra U2 Tickets for 1 October 2009
Post by: benjimanbreeg on September 25, 2009, 12:21:50 PM
You're the one with the problem.  It started on that trans kid thread.  Its something you are highly sensetive over.  If you'd have rightly agreed that the 12 year old is too young to start dressing in drag, I probably wouldn't have said anything.
Title: Re: Extra U2 Tickets for 1 October 2009
Post by: Adam on September 25, 2009, 12:25:12 PM
What makes you think I'm highly sensitive about it

I don't have a reason to feel sensitive about it, as I know who I am and I'm comfortable with that - unlike you, who's insecure and probably has latent homosexual tendencies   :cheer:

btw I don't think 12 is too young - the kid wasn't "dressing in drag" and 12 is secondary school age. Almost a teenager. Sure it's risky, but for a trans teenager, I actually think it's worth taking that risk and letting them be themselves, as I know what the opposite can be like.

In regards to sexuality and gender, i'm comfortable.  I can appreciate when a guy has decent looks, what'd you think mirrors are for?

And blughhh, you talk shit.  Thank god you won't be giving birth.

Didn't mean it like that.  I think anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together, can admit, that a 12 year old boy, being allowed by his parents to have the chop, is just wrong!

I'm exaggerating, moron.  He's getting those kinds of thoughts.  So he's probably had a very miserable childhood.  You never see happy, sane people wanting the op, and the coolest kid in school, who wins everything.  Like that African female runner, she didn't even know she had a cock.

Dude you do realise correlation does not always equal causation? Obviously trans kids are more likely to be depressed. It's because most of the other kids are like you

I dn't know the figures, but I remember my teacher in college mentioning how mental illness was more common among African American kids in the 60s. Maybe they're black because they're crazy, eh?

And being intersex is a lot more common than people think
