Title: Horse dying of exhaustion/dehydration

This is currently making the rounds on national news:

We have horses taking tourists around different cities in carriages and the horse owners do fuck all and don't even give them water in over 30 degree temperatures.  A few horses went crazy cause of this in Cracow and attacked the tourists.

Shit animal owners fucking suck  :thumbdn:

Don't the authorities take them away from the owners?

The horse's corpse was burned before the authorities could investigate its death so they only have the film and the owners' word for the cause of its death.  The owner is saying he didn't do anything wrong and that the horse died of natural causes.   Meanwhile the guy who filmed it is getting death threats just for reporting it in the first place  :-\

I don't understand these people the horses are there livelihood why abuse them. Treat them well make more money
