No, she was never cool and still isn't.

Actually she is a bit better now but she has an attitude problem.

The uber-eyeliner look worked for her when she was younger.  Now I think she looks somehow too old for it- not sure if I can quite explain why, except that it doesn't flatter her in that particular pic.
