I hope no 55 year old is actually stupid enough to drink shots of chlorine bleach and especially to then follow it with an ammonia chaser.

If someone was that stupid and drank chlorine bleach (sodium hypochlorite) their esophagus would be burned and then chlorine gas would probably form from the reaction with the hydrochloric acid in their stomach, which would burn their lungs. It wouldn't be pretty.
