On a road near my house there is a naked Barbie doll tied to a paint roller with caution tape. There are lots of shoes around town and once a pair of hulk hands.

Mostly shoes around here, every so often you see a bra or two. :green:

I remember seeing a pair of dice hung up and also a shoe that was there for years.

Was at my mate Rob's place a couple of weeks ago, and we were reminiscing our early teens whereby we threw unfurled coat-hangers at the underneath of adjacent powerlines to produce "fireworks" one drunken new-years' eve.
After many throws we were able to reproduce the effect in the modern day :evillaugh:
Delinquency revisited.
We originally got the idea from his elder brother, who with his own mates did the same trick some years before our first attempts.
However, they twisted 5 or 6 coathangers together and caught their lightning rod on top of the parallel lines, fusing their rod to the lines and taking out the power of the entire neighbourhood.
Reinforced powerlines out front of Rob's house serve as a reminder - though not a deterent - of the activity. :green:

This ones just by my house it looks to be two furniture casters connected by Christmas lights  No I did not do it

Well, this isn't hanging from a wire, but it's a fairly common site along the parade routes during Carnival/Mardi Gras. The riders on the floats throw beads, trinkets and the like. Some of the beads end up here.

Nice thread :2thumbsup:
In a park where I had to cycle through daily, one day a heron died, and he hung upside down from a branch, high in a tree. I wonder how many people noticed. Not enough to do something about it. It hung there for a few years. And then it came down in a big storm. A completely dried out skeleton. I made a small detour to have a close look at it.
Not a lot hanging here from wires btw. We hardly have wires left in this country. But, there hangs enough in trees to make up for that. Some things are only visible in winter though. Don't think that the shoes hanging in this village belong to murdered kids btw.

At my uncles house there was a squirrel that got zapped moving from one wire to another mummify as we watched over a few months before if fell :zombiefuck:

I think it is a "gang" thing here, in the US. OR at least in my part of town. I see it often. Im sure there are lots of poor kids that get their shoes stolen by some bully who does that though.

I see dead bats and flying foxes occasionally.

On the road heading into the Marine Corps Base in 29 Palms, there were always several pairs of boots hanging from the wires.
When guys got to the end of their service, they would tie the bootlaces together and throw them up there.
