My mate and I never hung around when we saw that prang I mentioned earlier between the Kingswood and the Toyota. No mobile phones in 1980 either, so we just buggered off seeing as we couldn't do much.

NY they are all about 1 foot higher than the signs say

Lot's of low bridges around here and yes some of the signs are wrong I used to drive under one in a cube truck all the time.  It was a joke we used to play on the new guy because it didn't look like you would fit

There's one low one in South Melbouren, but what makes it even more deceptive is when you approach it froma distance, there is no way you would fit..... until you get to the dip in the road underneath. It's also prone to flooding during rainstorms. The bridge belongs to the St Kilda light rail (former railway).
