Waking up stiff and in pain. Thought it was age, but turns out for me it was weight.

That definitely helps.Have lost a lot this year too. The pressure on joints makes sense while awake and mobile, but never considered the pressure of simply laying on myself while sleeping. The difference is surprising.
Well that pretty much seals the deal that I'm not getting it any time soon
