Telemarketer on cell phones

Lately I have have been getting telemarketers  calling on my cell phone including one trying to get me to use a different service also they leave messages is this fucked up or what?   Do they do this in other areas also.

I've gotten it a few times. Pissed me off.

Normally few enough people call me that I can just not answer it, but it's a pain in the ass during the periods I'm waiting for an important call.

I had Dodge doing that for a couple of months trying to get me to buy an extended warranty for my Dakota. They kept switching phone numbers every time I would block one. I finally had enough and called their HQ and filed a complaint and let them know that while I will never be pressured or harassed into buying the extended warranty that I might very well get pissed off enough to never again buy any Dodge or Chrysler products. It seems to have worked for the last 5 days.

I just called the do not call registry @ 1 (888) 382-1222 and now have my cell phone on the do not call list. This thread lit a fire under my ass to get that done. Thanks for the reminder Parts.

Don't know mate, but that's just another reason I won't have a mobile phone.

I kinda have to have one for the business  I don't give out that number to many though and usually let it go to voice mail anyway
