I don't mind who would play Temple Grandin in a movie. I just hope they get her life and character captured realistically.

I liked Josh Hartnett in Mozart and the Whale, I thought he was cute.

I don't get this - Clare Danes is a babe, I'd crack one off over her.  How can she play an ugly old woman?  People will think all autistic women are babes like Danes, when the truth is far more horrific.  She looks absolutely nothing like her, is this for real?

It's Hollywood. they like to use chicks for real people. Like in Lonely Hearts, they used a hot chick to play Martha Beck but in real life she was fat. But in the movie she was all thin and more attractive.


I also think Temple is unattractive but she looked cute when she was a kid but I don't think she is ugly.

Temple is a a scientist and she's very intelligent and I think she's great. Though she does remind me of those Goblins from Oblivion.

I don't think he's 'dreamy' but he's a little better looking than average.  Not a dime, but more than a nickel.

In some ways I think it is funny that they would choose someone with model good looks to play Temple.

I think it speaks greater volumes of the audience than the filmakers. The filmakers are the smart ones here.

Maybe 'porning up' Autism will indirectly get more people to take notice of it which I think can only be a good thing.

The thing I appreciated about Snowcake however, was that there was a background love story with a hot babe, which left Sigourney free to depict truth more accurately in her role.
