As you know of the recent addition to our family I discovered something really weird about him.  My wife has been coming up sort on potatoes but had thought nothing of it.  Then she found out why he piels them and eats them raw like apples :o Has anybody ever known someone how did this ? I think it's just weird I don't care but :zombiefuck:

A couple of people I know used to peel and eat onions that way. I guess a potato's not too different....

I eat raw potatoes, especially when I am peeling them and cutting them up for something, but I don't eat whole raw potatoes like apples.

I have liked raw potatoes since I was a kid.  I remember asking my mother for pieces when she was cutting them up.

I often make mashed potatoes, nice and pretty with NO skinns, but betweeen me, my two kids and the cat we aeat ALlL the skins and several assymetrical lumps of poytatoes whenn I am peeling potatoes. We love potatoes. I grow potatoeswe eate lots of potatoes

I love fresh, crisp uncooked vegetables, but have never eaten potatoes raw. I thought it could be bad?

Uncooked vegetables have a lower glycemic index, but I just like the taste better.

I used to eat raw potatoes when I was a kid too, but I've only had them cooked since I've gotten older. I think I loved the crunchyness.

A pregnant girl from my grade 12 class always craved raw potatoes. Things like that happen when your pregnant apparently but other than that it's pretty weird to eat potatoes like that.

Not sure if anyone actuallly likes fealing potatoes, although there are benefits to the effort.

In this modern time, surely there is a labor saving Potato Fealer appliance to be had.
