Not sure if anyone actuallly likes fealing potatoes, although there are benefits to the effort.

In this modern time, surely there is a labor saving Potato Fealer appliance to be had.

oh, but i'm old fashioned, and "labour-saving devices" is a misnomer if ever there was one.  besides, they use electricity, and we should be cutting down, not using more.

I have an apple peeler, corer and slicer, but I don't use it on potatoes.  I use a potato peeler on them.

Why yes I like them nice smooth and firm

It's for pie making it can core and spiral cut them also

I enjoy several veggies raw, I've eaten raw frozen chips, so I guess that counts as potato.

not necessarily, but you'll only go off on one and sulk if i say anything different.

I totally agree. I love veggie skins. I eat pumpkin skins, pineapple skins, and most skins of fruit and vege.
