A couple of months ago, I knocked on their door and was nice about it but said it was really distressing to hear the dog yap like that on the balcony all day. They said they put it outside because it's a bit of a nuisance inside....*whatever* I'm thinking....so still in my nice calm voice I say, look I'm really sorry, I'm not really complaining, I just feel a bit sad for the dog and I'd hate for any of the neighbours to ring RSPCA out of concern.Anyways, it held off for a month or so, but I had to go back the other week and re-deliver the same message. Barking stopped.
