People from the country have slightly broader drawl.
Adelaide was settled not as a colony and so they sound more English.
By and large though the answer is "No"
The reason for it is that when all Australia was colonised, the little kids playing together is the streets all with a plethora of accents and came from all over England. They chose to seek out a shared identity, knowingly or not, (probably in an effort to fit in and find something they could claim as their own in this new land) and within a few generations, a shared cultural identity and accent was born. It has evolved over time but has evolved in a uniformed way.

Yes, but it is hardly noticeable. I wouldn't be able to explain the differences either.

I can identify a Queensland accent sometimes. They also use different terms (WA=school bag, QLD= port).

Yes. QLDers don't speak any form of English that I'm familiar with. WAers are better, but VICies are the best   (though I've not been to Adelaide...So I reserve final judgement).

I'm from Victoria and I pronounce it "cahstle", so I think that just makes GA odd.
