If he mailed obscene videos to an address in the US and these videos were only appropriate for the European market, then he is probably guilty of what he has been accused of. He never should have sent them, even if someone in the US ordered them.
... and possibly a reduced sentence would result? I don't know.I don't really give a shit about porn, but I have mixed feelings about the Miller Law. I question its constitutionality in the USA, but I can also see how some people might feel that porn should not be on every street corner, too.

And no-one shoves the porn in your face, do they?

Those are not residential areas of the city.

14:10 - Moarskrillex42: She said something about knowing why I wanted to move to Glasgow when she came in. She plopped down on my bed and told me to go ahead and open it for her.14:11 - Peter5930: So, she thought I was your lover and that I was sending you a box full of sex toys, and that you wanted to move to Glasgow to be with me?

"Yesterday, Paul Little (a.k.a. Max Hardcore) was convicted on 10 counts of distributing obscene materials. (source) The short version: Consenting adults decided to make a movie. Consenting adults starred in the movie. Consenting adults bought the movie. Nevertheless, your government decided that someone should go to prison for it.And yesterday, twelve of the dumbest motherfuckers in Florida bent the Constitution over and fucked it in the ass.I don’t like Max Hardcore’s movies. You probably wouldn’t either. I have exercised my right to watch something else, but I certainly don’t mind if my neighbors want to watch his movies. That is what freedom is.Today, you are less free because of a sleazeball administration and twelve of Florida’s most moronic citizens."Max Hardcore ConvictedAbsurd and arbitrary law and, as far as I can understand, against the 1st Amendment.
