I tend to take a shower most days. Sometimes I will skip a day if I'm staying home; I'll usually just stay in my pj's all day as I'm lounging (sometimes changing into fresh clothes in the evening after I exercise and get all sweaty). I can't go more than a day without washing though. I feel absolutely disgusting otherwise, even if I can cover up the inevitable BO with deodorant, etc. My hair will get too oily and that just drives me nuts. I hate the feel of body oils.

But even if I don't take a shower one day, I'll usually still wash my face several times a day. I'll use soap (I use hypoallergenic soap since it seems all the other stuff I'm allergic to) and/or some anti-acne face cream, since I still have a tendency to get pimples (yay fucked up hormones).

I usually brush my teeth twice a day and use hydrogen pyroxide as mouth wash (can't remember percentage, it's low but makes a good cheap mouth wash) once a day. Although on occasion, especially if I stay up really late or something and am dead-tired by the time I feel like going to bed, sometimes I'll skip the second brush.

And... I change my underwear every day.  ;D I just feel utterly grotesque otherwise.

When my hair gets oily, I just wet-shave it off :hair:... saves greatly on shampoo, but costs a fortune on razor blades. :darnit: The best bit is when my scalp bleeds and I put aftershave on it... I like the sensation :angrydance:

It means something different where I grew up.

When too young to buy alcohol, teens gather in a convenience store that sells beer and wine, distract the cashier enough to grab what they want and run out, leaving money and a small tip behind on the floor. The store has been yahooed.

Uhm, I think you are supposed to yell, "Yahoooo!" on the way out to confirm that your misdeed was not the same as stealing the alcohol. I haven't done it. I never had any interest in alcohol at all when I was a teen.

Nothing quite like some alcohol rich after shave on a freshly wet-shaved head... except perhaps the smell of napalm in the morning :evillaugh:

I shower and wash my hair everyday because my sense of smell is so damned sensitive that I can smell my own odor. ( I can't even stand the smell of clean people alot of the time ). I absolutely can"t stand oily hair, and always had huge fights with my mother as a kid because I would insist on washing my hair even when I was half-dead with the flu. I also sweat like a god-damned pig, and in hot weather I give myself 100 swipes under each armpit every day.

I've been showering twice daily lately- I can't not shower first thing in the morning; it's like how some people feel about coffee- I just need it to wake up.  I like going on daily walks too though and it's way too hot in the summer to not shower again after that, or any major exercise- even aside from the fact that deoderant can only do so much, I have kinda sensitive skin and stewing in copious amounts of dried sweat is decidedly uncomfortable for me.

Other simple basic grooming stuff I keep up with, though I don't wear nail polish (ever) or makeup very often (and never more than just eyes).

I hate having to tweeze my eyebrows all the time. It grows back so damn fast.
I concur.  Worse is that you have to have a little bit of ugly stubble before it's enough to grip and remove.

Probably trying to rub off his smell.
