I shower once a day.   I have gone a few days without shaving before, but never a entire week that I can remember.

I can go several days without shaving, but, eventually the itching and feel drive me nuts!

You've never gone a month or two just out of curiosity?

I shower every 3 days, is that really considered so disgusting in society?

Smelly fanny.

Pretty much what I was gonna say, but perhaps with more tact...

Despite the fact I get very little accomplished in my day-to-day life (but oh what grand dreams I have!) I tend to let my personal hygiene slide too easily. Going three days without a shower, or brushing teeth, not shaving for weeks despite having really shit looking facial hair, being slack with appearance in general. I have an inkling that this is a common trait among aspies.

If I'm out and about I at least try to have a shower beforehand, but sometimes the shower-in-a-can will suffice (deodorant).
I think I'm pretty conscious of my smell, but I'm also aware that I might be desensitized to my own pong. People, having better social abilities (tact in particular), probably won't call you on a mild stench. Sometimes I'm worried about whether I appear unwashed and this just piles up on my social anxiety and thus retardation. It doesn't help having oily skin and hair either :-[
I have do the same most of My Life too.

I would have one hell of a beard if I did.

I had a beard for years but they don't go well with the respirators I wear at work

Yeah I know what you mean. For me though, I cant wear those things for more than a few mins before I can't breath properly anymore. Then I start to panic.

I used to wear a full face respirator when I worked with chlorine. Sneezing with one on is not a good thing. :P

I have gotten used to them over the last 20 years to the point if I didn't need to drink or eat anything I could wear one all day

I have a full face one for those really nasty places usually I wear just a half face one they aren't to great to have lots of burps in either

I was worried a couple of times when I felt nauseous, what I would do if I threw up inside my mask. Thankfully it never happened.
