We got to the airport.

We had air conditioner problems with the first  :plane: .

This even was known to Us though they made Us board this  :plane: anyway. :popcorn:

There was even weather problems in Rapid City.

We knew this too.

But they made Us change  :plane: anyway too.

After all of this it was just the beginning of Our ordeal.

We flew into Rapid but could not land in Rapid because the FAA would not allow Us to land. (FOG)

We knew it was raining very bad and fog was very bad in Rapid too.

But then We had to be diverted to Bismarck ND.

Guess what the airport was pretty much closed.

We could not leave the  :plane: though We had to wait for TSA to come back.

To the airport in Bismarck.

Well finally We got to leave the  :plane: .

And go inside the airport in Bismarck.

But still could not go outside to have a smoke.

I always take extra benzos with me for such an occasion my wife is afraid I will be shot of tazered by security

Okay TSA finally came back so I can have smoke but not. (one person only)

The  :headexplode: or hell was just beginning here believe Me.

Tired really right now but could do nothing about this problem.

They thought of Busing Us to Rapid Thank God that did not happen.

I had left meds in My checked bag.

But yet could not get to them :zombiefuck: .

Of course this was stupid but for a fight that was only to last 2 hours or less I thought it would nt be a problem.

But was WRONG.

That sounds terrible, Kevv.  I guess you will always keep your medicine with you when you fly again.

I thought about going somewhere with my daughter by airplane, but with all the TSA stuff that has been going on lately, I shudder at the thought.  She had a tough time at the airport just picking up her grandparents today.

Sounds awful Kevv.  Just reading you talk about is making my heart speed up.  And, especially the line, about not having a cigarette in 12 hours...  that was the worst feeling ever.  Not being able to smoke...  absolutely the worst. 

Every time I fly these days, I vow I'm going to get my pilot's license and to hell with all of that shit.

Even though I've quit smoking, I might have a cigarette in flight, just because I could.

It's really almost not worth it to fly anymore.

They've made it just so awful, degrading, and inhuman.

That would have made me :GA:

On my last flight my seat was between two smelly old men (to me everyone smells in some way) and I knew I was on my way to a meltdown so I went to the toilet and calmed down in there. I was in there for a while washing my face and hands and just sitting.   When I got out there was a long line of people waiting. :P
