Were you the friend of Pyraxis' who had insurance issues?

If you were:

First, did you pay the COBRA for the full amount of time, which I think is 18 months?

If so, then if the insurance company has something called conversion policies, then they have to issue the conversion policy to you and cover all your pre-existing conditions.

I found all this out when we lost our insurance coverage and we couldn't get an individual policy that would cover our daughter's pre-existing conditions.

It was very crappy insurance and expensive, but at least we had insurance that would cover her.

Hmm, it depends on the individual. How alive they look, and the greatest amount of life they have had at a point in their life.
